We do not charge for delivery (subject to minimum order value dependent on postcode). Most orders are delivered using our professional delivery team with a fleet of temperature controlled trucks. Some orders may be fulfilled using a third party transport company for which there may be a charge. We will be please to discuss your requirements.
Our extensive service area covers much of the Midlands, Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and the North West. We are also able to arrange nationwide delivery based on your requirements. Please contact us for further information.
Our route schedule that means we are able to offer twice weekly deliveries in most areas covered. Upon registration we will be able to advise on which days your area is served.
When placing your order you will be able to nominate any of the available delivery days within the next two weeks. We do always aim to be flexible and will be pleased to discuss your requirements should our standard options not suit.
We are a trade wholesaler. Please ensure you are satisfied with your order before confirming as we cannot be responsible for errors on the part of the customer.
We are happy to refund or exchange any product as appropriate where (i) the product has been delivered in error; (ii) the product has been sold in error; (iii) there is a problem with the product.
Refunds and exchanges for other reasons will be considered at TLC's discretion. Frozen or chilled Goods will only be considered for refund if they have been stored appropriately.
